2. Vehicle Sales & Bookings

All vehicle sales, test rides, and bookings are subject to availability and verification. Prices and specifications of Ampere and Vajra models are subject to change based on manufacturer updates.

3. Service & Maintenance

Service bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. While we strive for prompt delivery, service timelines may vary based on spare parts availability and technical requirements.

4. User Conduct

Users are expected to provide accurate information for bookings and inquiries. Any misuse of our online platform or showroom facilities may result in the termination of service access.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sivamalai Motors is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our vehicles or services beyond the warranties provided by the respective manufacturers.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of Tamil Nadu courts.
